Hi, my name is David Noël and I am an executive & leadership coach based in Berlin.

As an executive and leadership coach and Founding Partner of ForChiefs, I support leaders and their teams as a sidekick to upgrade their leadership.

Before starting ForChiefs, I was a Director and VP at SoundCloud. I've spent the last 10 years starting and building companies where I've learned a bunch about communication, communities, leadership – and company culture as the tissue that holds it all together. The 10 years before that, I worked in various roles in the music and marketing industries.

I have a deep passion for supporting people, organisations, and leaders who have the desire to unlock their and their teams’ full potential. I balance strategic and visionary thinking with pragmatism and a bias towards action. I can go broad and I can go deep. My top 5 Gallup Strengthsfinder strengths are Strategic, Activator, Maximiser, Adaptable, and Input. On the MBTI, I have tested as an ENFP, twice. I bring my whole self and my entire experience into my work.

Besides, I create a podcast, organise events, and occasionally write.
