With the Spotlight on Andreessen and Horowitz, it was interesting to learn about the firm’s ‘army’ of 20 partners and associates sourcing talent for their portfolio companies, just like VC A&R’s - a term borrowed from Saul Klein of Index Ventures, who got video-interviewed at Midem in Cannes yesterday.
