I’m frequently returning to check out JetBlue’s Twitter account. I think they’re doing a fantastic job using Twitter to engage & inform customers. Apparently they’ve started an own concert series at their terminal at JFK. I’d love to see Lufthansa doing this on one of their German hubs (MUC or FRA) but I guess that’ll never happen. They still call their Twitter account a ‘channel’ and its mostly sales-driven. JetBlue vs. Lufthansa 4:0.
